Virtual Office Tour: Banyan Hypnosis Center Dallas Texas

This is a new column in your 5-PATH® IAHP Journal! It was just two days ago I got the idea about how it might be a good thing to have an area in your Members Area where you can share pictures of your office, kind of like a virtual tour.

Just to makes sure it was something that you would really like, I posted my idea on the 5-PATH® Support Group and got a unanimous positive response. So please take some photos and send me your virtual tours in the form of an article. You can use this one as a template or you can be more creative!

The Banyan Hypnosis Center for Training & Services, Inc. Location

To get things started and with the publication date rapidly arriving for this next edition for the Journal in mind (two days from now) I took some quick screen shots from a video tour that I have been showing in class. These are not the highest quality photos but they will serve to get things started.

We are planning on moving into a new office in the Spring of 2019. Above is a photo of our current location in Plano, TX. We have an office suite on the 3rd floor.

The Reception Area

It is important that your receiving or reception area looks professional. It is your first impression other than the exterior of your building.

We keep it clean and simple. In addition to having some nice furnishings I have some artwork and certifications on the wall.

When my client is ready, we take her down the hallway to this room straight ahead (in the image below) which is the pre-talk video viewing area.

In the pre-talk video viewing room, my client has a nice comfortable place to sit and watch the videos.

IT, Server and Video Editing Computer Room

Across the hall from the video viewing area is our IT, server and video editing computer area. The door is always closed and only our staff has access to it.

My Business and Hypnosis Offices

Business Office Next below is a picture of my business office. This is where I work on my many different projects including recording my weekly podcasts which you can watch on
www.CalBanyan.com. I do not conduct my hypnosis sessions here. I have an additional office for that. I’ll show that next.

Hypnosis Office

The next few photos below are from my hypnosis office. I use this office exclusively for seeing my hypnosis clients, with one possible exception. Sometimes when I have a guest host on my podcast program, Hypnosis Etc. he or she will sit here at my desk.

Below is a photo of where my stereo and video recording equip is.

When the pre-hypnosis interview is completed we go over to the “big chair” unless I TTT them at the desk

Here is my hypnosis session work area. My big chair and where I sit next to my client. Notice the pillows and blanket next to my smaller chair. Off to the left of my working chair where I sit is a small end-table and lamp which serves as a mini working desk. Notice also the green plant on the right, it also has a video camera in a black dome so I can record everything that goes on during the session.

Maureen’s Office

Of course, Maureen has her business office as well. From here she takes care of business by making appointments for me, enrolling new students, making sure all our taxes and bills are paid, and of course taking your calls and answer your questions and fulfilling your orders with the help of Tasha

Production and Support Area

If you keep on going past Maureen’s office you will enter the production and support area. At the Banyan Hypnosis Center, we take supporting all our 5-PATH® Members seriously! We do this in so many ways such as creating training materials, your Members Area materials, and of course, answering your questions.

Well there you go! That is a quick look at our office. After we move into our new location, I will update this and hopefully have better photos, or maybe even a video.
